Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager server crashes when doing a DELETE
  CURSOR if the OPEN CURSOR command failed during the processing
  of the SQL statement for that cursor (for instance due to an
  invalid SQL command syntax).

Local fix

• Correct the invalid SQL syntax so that message ANR0162W with SQL
  message identifier SQL0104N and SQLSTATE 42601 does not occur
  anymore.
