APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Due to code changes from APAR IC60249 there was an unexpected
  behavior change with the Update Drive command where the drive
  will no longer offline when in a busy state.
  TSM 5.4.3, 5.5.2, 6.1.1 and earlier Update Drive would offline a
  drive even if it was busy and issue message ANR8798W
               ANR8798W Drive DRIVExxx in library LIBrary1 is
  busy; some transactions may fail.
  TSM 5.5.3, 6.1.2 Update Drive does not offline a drive when busy
  and issues message ANR8314E
              ANR8413E UPDATE DRIVE: Drive DRIVExxx is currently
  in use.

  The ANR8798W and ANR8314E messages exist in the 5.4, 5.5, and
  6.1 Message manuals.
  TSM 5.4 is not affected by this code change
