Error description

• When running backup node against a German lang (de-UTF-8) NAS
  volume, the following message is displayed:
  
  ANR4941E The server is unable to translate the
  Unicode name while building table of contents for node
  (nodename),file space (filespace name), Unicode name

  Table of contents creation fails. (SESSION: 15854, PROCESS:

  Issuing query toc shows only ??? for all filenames.
  Tracing the TSM server using ssid unicode will show output
