• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Installation of the TSM 6.1 Reporting and Monitoring
  on Linux 32bit distribution when the ksh rpm package is not
  Under such circumstances, the installer installs DB2
  but not ITM. There is no /opt/tivoli/tsm/reporting/itm directory
  ITM 6.2 is not installed.
  
  The /usr/ibm/common/acsi/logs/root/de_trace.log file shows the
  following error :
  
  Caused by: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program
   "/tmp/COI/DeploymentSteps/ITM_6.2/FILES/mystartup.sh"
   (in directory "/tmp/COI/DeploymentSteps/ITM_6.2/FILES"):
   java.io.IOException: error=2, No such file or directory
  at java.lang.ProcessBuilder.start(ProcessBuilder.java:459)
  
  TSM for Linux Version 6.1 Installation Guide does not list
  ksh as a requirement for the installation to succeed.

Local fix

• Install the ksh rpm package and restart installation. For
  install the ksh-20060214-1.7 rpm package, or the equivalent.
