Error description

• When upgrading an existing TSM Server to 6.1 on Windows, the
  existing server service(s) need to be stopped before the upgrade
  is performed.  Failure to do this can cause a forced reboot of
  the system when trying to install the 6.1 server.  After the
  reboot, installation of the 6.1 server will complete.
  
  TSM Versions Affected: 6.1
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics: The logs will show the following
  message.
  
  ACUOSI0050E External command action failed with return code
  3010.
  
  Initial Impact: Low

• Ensure that the existing TSM server service is stopped before
  installing TSM Server 6.1
