Error description

• You create a database with a non-default locale. Automatic
  update statistics (AUS) fails to execute and the following lines
  are printed to the online message log:
  
  SCHAPI: Error -23197 Database locale information mismatch.
  SCHAPI: Type: TASK, Name: Auto Update Statistics Refresh,
  Location: NULL.
  SCHAPI: Type: TASK, Name: Auto Update Statistics Refresh, Error
  Message: Unable to execute function [
  aus_refresh_stats(integer,integer) ] .

Problem summary

  * The Auto Update Statistics (AUS) Refresher was not able to   *

  * AUS Evaluator if the databases in question were not in the   *
  * default en_us-0333 locale. The error 23197 is displayed in   *
  * online.log when the AUS Refresher runs.                      *

  * Upgrade to IDS 11.50.xC6 and above.                          *

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed in 11.50.xC6 by replacing the stored
  procedure AUS Refresher with a C-UDR version.
