APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• DATA TRANSFER (both direction) have error.
  Can not transfer numeric packed & numeric zoned field data
  with 1027(unicodoe) + 1200 PC codepage combination.
  Case1: issue  msgPCSFT219 when using HCP=1027(UNICODE)
             and CCSID=1399 of numeric field ( packed or zoned )
  Case2: transfer will makes Incorrout data result.
  For search : pack packed zone zoned garbage
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Incorrect data length was calculated when the
  source data is in SBCS+DBCS+Zone+Packed ,...
  etc. mixed mode, so that makes incorrect index
  was referenced and converted to wrong data
  

Problem conclusion

• Recalculate the data length for mixed mode
  data and give the correct index to convert
  corresponding Unicode data.
