IC61119: ENABLE FILETOBLOB/FILETOCLOB TO READ FROM NAMED PIPES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The FILETOBLOB/FILETOCLOB functions are not able to read fom
  named pipes.
  
  The LO handle is created but the blob/clob object has size=0.
  These functions should be able to read data from named pipes and
  pass it to a smart large object.
