IC61090: DSMFMT/DEFINE VOLUME FAILS WITH INSUFFICIENT SPACE WHEN LOGICAL VOLUME

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• dsmfmt/define volume will not create a volume larger than 9TB in
  size nor any combination of volumes exceeding a total size of
  9TB when the volumes are created in a logical volume that is
  greater that 17TB in size.  The error presented is 'insufficient
  space available'.  The problem is caused by a calculation error
  in the dsmfmt program.  Trace will look
