• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using a pre-labeled volume may cause a situation where a
  filemark is not written after the tape label. The server will
  store the wrong position for the first file on the tape because
  of the missing filemark, but the server corrects this situation
  and writes a filemark after the wrong position is stored in the
  database.

  According to the IBM 3592 SCSI Reference Manual the 'ASC=00
  ASCQ=01' indicates a filemark was
  encountered, and in this situation the server positioned to an
  incorrect location on the tape.
