IC60563: SETTING PDQPRIORITY IN SYSDBOPEN WILL NOT WORK WITH ODBC CONNECT IONS

Error description

• With a session initiated by odbc where the user has a sysdbopen
  procedure and pdqpriority defined, the pdqpriority statement
  will not be set in the session.

  * Upgrade to IDS-11.50.xC5 or above.                           *

Problem conclusion

• The variables set in sysdbopen() will not be overwritten now by
  env. variables.
  Fix available in IDS-11.50.xC5
