Error description
IBM Content Collector sometimes overwrites dates that are specified for the "on or before" option in the filter settings of the EC Collect Email by Rules collector with the current date.
Local fix
If you change the filter criteria, always explicitly select the desired date from the date picker before saving the changes.
Problem summary
If the IBM Content Collector EC Collect Email by Rules collector is configured to filter email by age and a date is specified for the "on or before" option, changes to other filter settings might cause this date to be overwritten. If you change any filter settings and then save the task route, the date is set to the current date and saved. The new date is displayed after you close the task route or switch to another task or node and then back to the collector.
Problem conclusion
Starting with IBM Content Collector 2.2.0 Fix Pack 4 and 3.0.0.3 Interim Fix 01, Content Collector correctly stores dates in the EC Collect Email by Rules collector.
