Error description

  • When creating a task route for IBM Content Collector for
Microsoft SharePoint and configuring an SP Collector task
collection source, information retrieval from the SharePoint
site fails with the error: "The SharePoint site is unavailable".
This problem can occur when Content Collector attempts to
retrieve the SharePoint content types and columns and encounters
a duplicated column within a content type.  This does not
indicate an issue with the SharePoint connection configuration.
