• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

  Using V5 R3 SP2:  CatBase Error #131073 occurs in a specific
  part when updating the hole size from 10mm to 6.8mm.
  .
  .
  SCENARIO:
  .
   1)  Open this part
   2)  Double-click on hole in spec tree
   3)  Change hole size to 6.8
   4)  Select OK
  .
  The problem is model dependant.

Problem summary

• INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  .
  This problem is linked with the fact that Depth of the hole is
  set to 0.0.
  Since we have no scenario leading to hole depth set to 0.0 .
  we can not investigate further on this fact (depth set to 0).
  .
  Nevertheless we can build this part using following scenario:
   1- Read involved part.
   2- Delete Pattern.1 and Hole.1
   3- Create a new hole (up-to-last with a constraint of 20
      between hole center and one border edge of pad/shell)
   4- Create a rectangular pattern
  .
