Error description

• The child process will fail to connect to WLM when it does not
  have a unique JOBNAME.  The following error message will be
  issued.
  EDC5170I An error was encountered with WLM.
  (errno2=0x10020847): wlm: ConnectWorkMgr(CB,IHSAE001) failed
  EDC5170I An error was encountered with WLM.
  (errno2=0x0330083B): wlm: CreateWorkUnit failed
  EDC5170I An error was encountered with WLM.
  (errno2=0x033D083A): wlm: LeaveWorkUnit failed

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Workload management (WLM) enclave       *
  *                      support fails to work on some of the    *
  *                      IHS child processes.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Each IHS child process connects to WLM when mod_wlm is active.
  This connect would fail if the IHS child process process did
  not have a unique Jobname.
  

Problem conclusion

• When connecting to WLM the IHS child process will use the
  unique JobID instead of the Jobname as the subsystem name
  rather instead of the Jobname.
  This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix pack:
   - 8.5.5.1
