• apr_pollset_add failure - errno2=0x11780494
  Additional symptom is excessive and growing CPU usage on the
  listener thread.

  CPU usage for one thread in each IBM HTTP Server child process
  grows steadily.  In extreme cases, the server might stop
  functioning with messages like this in the error log:

  apr_pollset_add failure
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM HTTP Server is changed to correctly cancel outstanding
  async I/O operations after KeepAliveTimeouts expire.  In
  addition, IHS will only call the cancel service when there
  actually is an active async I/O operation.
