    ****************************************************************
The FTP server should use the REPLYSECURITYLEVEL parameter
to determine what information should be included in the
125- replies for DSWAITTIME responses to the client. When
REPLYSECURITYLEVEL is 1, no MVS data set information will
    be included in the reply.

    IP Configuration Reference
    Document Number: SC31-8776

Under DSWAITTIME statement add the following rule:

    Rule:
The FTP server reply displaying the holder and other useful
information related to the MVS data set is only issued when
    REPLYSECURITYLEVEL is not enabled.

Also add the following under Related topics:
      REPLYSECURITYLEVEL (FTP server) statement

    ===============================================================
OS/390 IBM Communications Server IP and SNA Codes
    Document Number: SC31-8791

    Chapter: FTPD Reply Codes

    Update the following reply code:

125- FTP Server unable to obtain type use of dsname which is
held by: asid jobname accessmode on qname

Explanation: The FTP server has received an FTP command which
required access to an MVS data set name that is being held by
    one or more jobs.

This reply is sent as part of a sequence of replies identifying
some of the jobs that are holding the MVS data set. This
reply can be suppressed by enabling the
    REPLYSECURITYLEVEL configuration option.

    System Programmer response:
    1. Use the information in the 125- replies
or EZZ9819I messages in the SYSLOGD file to determine what
job or jobs are holding the MVS data set and resolve the
    contention.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Also update the following reply code

125- Data set access will be retried in 1 minute
    intervals - number attempts remaining

    System Programmer response:

    1. Use the information in the 125- replies
or EZZ9819I messages in the SYSLOGD file to
determine what job or jobs are holding the MVS data set
    and resolve the contention.
