PI99069: Debugger event DpiNotifyNewProgramEntry returns the entry name rather than the compile unit name in COBOL v5+

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The legacy COBOL run-time debugger event
  DpiNotifyNewProgramEntry always returned the compile unit name
  (PROGRAM-ID) when the compile unit received control, regardless
  of whether it received control at the primary or at a secondary
  entry.
  
  This is the preferred result, as in some contexts like an IMS
  region, applications may receive control at a secondary entry
  point that has the same eg. DLITCBL in each application.
  
  If the secondary entry point name is returned, it's not possible
  to trigger the debugger on a specific application.
  

Local fix

• Don't use secondary entry points.

  name when the COBOL program was entered by an alternate entry

Problem conclusion

• COBOL Runtime has been corrected to notify Debug Tool with the
  correct entry point name.
