Error description

• Problem can occur on the second or third invocation of the
  transaction. Failing instruction is a Load (5889 6004), due to
  an incorrect address in gpr6.

  During LE COBOL Library initialization under CICS, the same
  control block storage used by previous transactions may be
  incorrectly reused, resulting in S0C4 ABEND in IGZEINI. This
  happens when the previous transaction contains an Enterprise
  COBOL pre-V5 program calling assembler subprogram, which in
  turn using EXEC CICS LOAD to load and call a COBOL V5+
  subprogram. The ABEND is caused by residue data left behind by
  the previous transaction.

Problem conclusion

• The Enterprise COBOL V5+ runtime was corrected to clear the
  storage used by COBOL Library control blocks at termination.
