Error description

• In a CEEDUMP, the "User Level" data is incorrectly truncated to
  4 characters.
  
  For example:
  COBOL Version = 05 Release = 02 Modification = 00 User Level =
  '    '
  COBOL Version = 06 Release = 01 Modification = 00 User Level =
  'P171'
  COBOL Version = 06 Release = 02 Modification = 00 User Level =
  'P171'

  COBOL Runtime control block for the "User Level" field has a
  size of 4 characters as opposed to be 8. When CEEDUMP
  processing prints the "User Level" from this field, the data is
  truncated to 4 characters long.
  

Problem conclusion

• The COBOL Runtime control block "User Level" field has been
  corrected.
