Error description

• Besides providing a new function, this APAR also fixes the
  following errors
  When choosing "View performance of all" or "View performance of
  selected" in z/OSMF WLM, Error IZUR221E occurs in z/OSMF RMF.
  Message is "The request could not be completed because z/OSMF
  failed to parse dashboard template. Error:"SyntaxError:missing ]
  after element list.

  This APAR provides new functions as belows:
  a. Allow sharing sysplex definitions across all z/OSMF RM users.
     All RM users are allowed to add, modify or remove shared
     system resource definitions. The system resources defined
     separately by each user will be migrated to a shared
     repository so that they can be shared with other users of
     the Resource Monitoring and System Status tasks. If one of
     the affected systems is referred to by a dashboard, the
     contents of the dashboard will be changed to refer to the
     new system resource definitions after the migration is
     complete.
  b. Remove support of RMF Linux data gatherer (rmfpms) from
  z/OSMF GUI.
