* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides new function in      *
*                      z/OSMF Workload Management task V2R1,   *
*                      V2R2.                                   *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

This APAR supports function level 031 of WLM service definition.
Specifically, function level 031 introduces below new
attributes:
1.'HonorPriority' attribute in Service Class or Service Class
Overrides element. By default, the value is 'DEFAULT' which has
no impact to the Service Class or Service Class Overrides
2.'MemoryLimit' attribute in Resource Group or Resource Group
Overrides element. By default, the value is empty and has no
impact to the Resource Group or Resource Group Overrides.
