  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides new function         *
  *                      in the V2R1 z/OSMF Workload Management  *

  This APAR delivers new functions in the V2R1 z/OSMF Workload
  Management task to support the IBM Cloud Provisioning and
  Management for z/OS functionality (see APAR PI71068).
  1.Provides internal API to allow the IBM Cloud Provisioning
  and Management for z/OS to dynamically provision WLM resources
  such as report class and classification rules.
  2.Adds 'WLM Resource Pools' panel to allow the WLM administrator
  to manage WLM resources utilized by the IBM Cloud Provisioning
  and Management for z/OS. This panel is not displayed by default.
  It can be displayed when you enable
  <SAF-PREFIX>.ZOSMF.WORKLOAD_MANAGEMENT.WORKLOAD_MANAGEMENT.ENWRP
  profile. The new functions introduced by this APAR is for the
  IBM Cloud Provisioning and Management for z/OS only. If you want
  to use these new functions such as 'WLM Resource Pools', you
  need to install the IBM Cloud Provisioning and Management for
  z/OS (PI71068) as well. However, if you don't use these new
  functions, it's not required for you to install the IBM Cloud
  Provisioning and Management for z/OS.
  
  If you want to enable the 'IBM Cloud Provisioning and
  Management for z/OS' (APAR PI71068), the below actions are
  required for z/OSMF Workload Management:
  1.You need to ensure below SAF profile of class ZMFAPLA exists:
  <SAF-PREFIX>.ZOSMF.WORKLOAD_MANAGEMENT.WORKLOAD_MANAGEMENT.ENWRP
  Where <SAF-PREFIX> is the value you specified in z/OSMF parmlib
  option 'SAF_PREFIX'. By default, it's 'IZUDFLT'.
  A RACF example of the above setup is:
  RDEFINE ZMFAPLA
  <SAF-PREFIX>.ZOSMF.WORKLOAD_MANAGEMENT.WORKLOAD_MANAGEMENT.ENWRP

  2.You need to ensure z/OSMF WLM administrator has READ access to
  <SAF-PREFIX>.ZOSMF.WORKLOAD_MANAGEMENT.WORKLOAD_MANAGEMENT.ENWRP
  profile.
  A RACF example of the above setup is:
  PERMIT
  <SAF-PREIFX>.ZOSMF.WORKLOAD_MANAGEMENT.WORKLOAD_MANAGEMENT.ENWRP
  CLASS(ZMFAPLA) ID(<USERID>) ACCESS(READ)

  Where <USERID> could be the value you specified in z/OSMF
  parmlib option 'SEC_GROUPS ADMIN'. By default, it's 'IZUADMIN'.
  
  This APAR also adds support for future functionality. Two new
  classification attributes, HonorPriority and MemoryLimit, are
  being introduced but they should not be used yet as doing so
  will result in error message IZUW752E when trying to install
  the WLM service definition. Full support for these new
  attributes will be enabled in the future.
