Error description

• ABEND0C4 occurs in module CEEPDEL2+B4  when Version 4 tries to
  CANCEL program loaded by Version 5. The failure occurs as
  CLETOKEN for Version 4 CLLE is zero's.

  The abend occurs due to a token value of zero being passed to
  the LE CEEPDEL2 AWI. When the program is initially loaded by a
  V5.1 COBOL program, the runtime fails to update an internal
  control block with the correct token value returned by CEEPLOD2.

• The problem is corrected by this APAR.
