  Enhances the z/OS jobs REST interface API to
  - Allow an HTTP client application to synchronously cancel,
  delete, hold, release, and change job class through SSI 85.
  - Support for greater than 10 million Spin data sets.
  - Add new properties "recfm" and "lrecl" in the returned
  JSON job file document when using spool file list function.
