Error description

• Using __fnwsa() on COBOL Version 5 program returned -1. This
  APAR will enhance the IGZXAPI api to provide some functions
  that vendors previously used __fnwsa (CEEPFWSA) to obtain.

  *                      address space. A routine similar to     *
  *                      IGZXAPI function code 3 is needed (to   *
  *                      query the working storage address),     *
  *                      but with the added capability of        *
  *                      operating from another adress space.    *
