PI07436: ABEND=S0C4 ERROR MESSAGE FOR CPARM PATH ERROR

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A user submitted a job using LSEARCH as compiler option, which
  resulted in an ABEND=S0C4.
  
  The issue was narrowed down to the CPARM entry, which had an
  incorrect path/syntax.
  
  Here is what the user input (which resulted in the abend):
  
  //        CPARM='LSEARCH(/usr/lpp/Java6.0.1/include',
  
  And here was the correction that fixed the error:
  
  //         CPARM='LSEARCH(/usr/lpp/java/J6.0.1/include)',
  

Local fix

• Add the missing closing paren to LSEARCH.
