  After APAR PH23903 was installed to address an S0C4 ABEND in
  IGZXPRS1 in the scenario described in the "USERS AFFECTED"
  section above, the runtime performance was not as good as COBOL
  V4.2.

Problem conclusion

• The COBOL Runtime has been enhanced to improve the runtime
  performance of the usage scenario described in the "USERS
