Error description

• When running zRES with ruleset trace enabled, sometimes the
  zRES will stop responding to incoming request.
  And log files reported Decision Warehouse table deadlock.

Problem conclusion

• The DW persistance code has been enhanced to provide extra
  configuration parameters.  These parameters allow changing how
  the Decision Warehouse persists its records.
