  Async write completion was resulting in the mod_wlm failures.
  

Problem conclusion

• Async write completion was disabled so join/leave happen on 1
  thread.
  
  This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:
  - 8.5.5.15
  - 9.0.0.9
