    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    This support should reduce CPU costs for an installation which
    uses Z/OSMF Classic ISPF or the CEA Address Space Manager API by
    saving CEA managed TSO/E address spaces for a configurable
    period of time and reconnecting to them for new requests by the
    same userid. The support is performed by the system and is
    managed for all users through a new CEA parmlib statement. (By
    default, this support is turned off.) When a new TSO/E session
    is requested and if there is an existing session saved for that
    userid with the same TSO/E session parameters, that session is
    reconnected for the user thus avoiding overhead related to
    obtaining a new address space and much of the overhead related
    to logging on to a TSO/E session.
