Error description

• CLNASTRB entry point address is stored as
  A(X'80000000'+CLNASTRB) in IGWLHT00 which assumes that CLNASTRB
  is 31bit addressing when it is in fact 64bit.  Attempting to
  reference reg 15 containing the address of CLNASTRB in 64bit
  mode results in referencing unallocated storage and the 0C4.
  
  This error manifests as recursive 0C4 ABENDS at IGWLHAJB+116.
