Error description
When running nimadm to migrate AIX on target, the alt_disk_mig_posti will remove empty directories under /usr/lpp. So directories needed in /usr/lpp/bos/inst_root will be removed if they are empty. These directories are needed for example when creating a wpar. So wpars created after that migration will fail to start with messages like : 0516-028 varyonvg: Unable to open internal map file. 0516-780 importvg: Unable to import volume group from hdisk0. /usr/lib/wpars/wparinstcmd: 0960-231 ATTENTION: '/usr/sbin/importvg -V 10 -y rootvg hdisk0' failed with code 1. This is because /etc/vg in wpar populated from /usr/lpp/bos/inst_root/etc/vg (which was removed by nimadm) is absent. Several other directories are missing like /var/tmp /audit /var/spool/* /mnt will be missing.
