  • artexget command core dumps for Ja_JP locale when called
as following: #artexget -r
/etc/security/artex/samples/all.xml > current_profile.xml

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • artexget command core dump due to stack oveflow.
The stack exhaust ,when the character string to be used is
very large and default stack size used for the thread
(96k bytes) is not big enough to handle this.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Increase the increase thread stack size to 512K bytes
