Error description

  • When configuring multiple VTL / rmt devices utilizing the
    qlogic driver, the adapter may inadvertently leave
    some tape drives in a defined state when attempting to
    configure them with cfgmgr.
    
    You might see the following error in AIX cfgmgr output
    
    cfgmgr -v

Local fix

Problem summary
