Error description
With both ent0 and ent1 configured, downloading new firmware to ent1 results in a pop-up window that indicates "Software error encountered". However, firmware does load appears to have suceeded, but requires that the system be rebooted before the new firmware level takes effect.

Problem conclusion
I needed to add an additonal 802118 menu when both ports are busy.
