• Users could encounter a core dump in instfix -i.

Local fix

• Use a previous version of instfix. This is only
  at levels bos.rte.install 5.2.0.30 and .31.

Problem conclusion

• Using different MALLOCTYPE env vars while running
  these commands can cause magnification of small
  overruns. Closed these holes.
