Error description
Although BIND accepts a search list of up to 1024 characters, it only uses the first six domain names in the list. This limit affects all applications that use DNS name resolution, including the AIX host command. It also applies even if IZ10638 is installed.

Problem summary
For hostnew and host -n command, BIND uses the first six domain in search list.
Problem conclusion
Code has been changed such that BIND uses 1024 characters in search list.
