Local fix
Problem summary
Customer experience Deadlock when the process is executing prochandler as a part of process exec/exit and reading its own psinfo from procfs File system and another process is just reading the psinfo of the process which is executing in prochandler
Problem conclusion
Solution is to check for THREAD_INTERRUPTED after sleep in process ublock segment attach routines
