Error description

  • AIX NFSv4 client could leak memory used for filehandles
    when processing readdir operations for large directories
    The problem is exacerbated when APAR IV37192
    (NFSV4 FILEHANDLE ALLOCATION IMPROVEMENT) is installed.
    System will eventually become unresponsive and hang due
    to memory shortage.
