Local fix
For large number of multicast addresses on a single system, Please don't use the HEA adapter because the maximum allowed multicast addresses are quite small in HEA adapter. . It will not crash after the fix, but still all the needed multicast addresses cannot be used in HEA environment.
Problem summary

Problem conclusion
HEA Driver Multicast Address List needs to be updated by unlinking those Multicast addresses which PHYP Failed to register.
