Error description
A disk (LUN) on a storage subystem was unmapped so either the LUN no longer exists or the host no longer has access to it. On AIX, the hdisk instance was still in use accessing the unmapped LUN. AIX errors were logged showing paths to that hdisk failing and recovering.

Problem conclusion
For AIX MPIO managed disks, do not recover paths on health checks that were returned from storage subsystem with the error "LUN NOT SUPPORTED".
