Error description
On an NPIV client when the reserve_policy on a disk is set to single_path,there are times after an LPM operation is completed, one of the disks would experience reservation conflict. The sequence of events as per error log entries CLIENT_PMIG_STARTED CLIENT_PMIG_DONE SC_DISK_ERR10 which decodes to reservation conflict Note this does NOT impact VSCSI clients.
