Screen flicker at 1024x768@75Hz and 1600x1200@60 Hz on GXT145 graphics card. Other resolution refresh rates work fine.
Problem conclusion
When the target frequency is 78.75MHz (unique to 1024x768@75Hz resolution) or 162MHz (unique to 1600x1200@60 Hz) the PLL (Phase Lock Loop) values are tested to lock 90/100 attempts. If this fails, the S bit is turned on (S=1) and the values are tested again for 90/100 attempts. If the second test is successful the values are used, if not a -1 return code is returned.
