IV30647: HANG IN DMX_TERM CLOSING NON-ETHERNET DEVICE INTERFACE APPLIES TO AIX 6100-08

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A hang in dmx_term()may occur if IV04154(defect 797321)is
  applied and a non-ethernet adapter is closed(rmdev,
  shutdown,netstat). Seen with token ring and x25 so far.
