Error description
During a node-by-node upgrade from PowerHA 6.1.0.0, 6.1.0.1, or 6.1.0.2 to a level of 6.1.0.3 or higher, the sync operation fails. "WARNING: Node <<node1>> does not match the configuration on active node: <<node2>> A snapshot for node <<node1>> was already created today, a new one will not be created Topsvcs is active, new instance num is <<#>> Adding any necessary HACMP entries to /etc/inittab and /etc/rc.net for IPAT on node <<node1>>. clconfig: Verification determined 1 error(s) occurred. Please correct any errors and retry. Cluster services will not start on node(s): <<node1>>" The /var/hacmp/log/autoverify.log also shows: "Failed to distribute HACMPtc ODMs to node <<node1>>."
Local fix
Perform smitty clstart operation twice on the node being upgraded.
Problem summary

Problem conclusion
Updated the README with upgrade instructions applicable only for PowerHA clusters running at 6.1.0.0, 6.1.0.1, or 6.1.0.2 levels. PTF(s) must be installed on all nodes at the same time, without intervening reboot, node restart, or verify & sync.
