SMagent hangs on exit waiting for an io to complete.
Problem conclusion
The devno in the io buffer was set to null. This causes the io not to go out but also to return with rc = 0. The rdac driver thinks that the io went out but it never did. The fix is to set the devno in the io buf with the devno of the fc adapter.
