Problem summary
SNMPv3 request from AIX manager to Radware agent fails at the initial stage itself. AIX manager is unable to handle usmStatsNotInTimeWindows.0 MIB.
Problem conclusion
Appropriate code changes made at the AIX Manager side to handle usmStatsNotInTimeWindows.0 MIB.
