    or CATENFM utility.

    Changed installation job DSNTIJRA, DSNTIJSG, DSNTIJNE and
    DSNTIJPM.

  PK85068/UK53249(F001)
    Migrate Explain table.

  PK93084/UK51594(F911)
    Changed installation job DSNTIJMV and DSNTIJSG.

  PK97821/UK52946(F912)
    While in ENFM and in the process of migrating to NFM with
    job DSNTIJNE, catalog indexes were found to have been
    closed due to a user error and allocation problem. That
    caused the wrong padding character being used when the
    indexes were reopened.
