PROBLEM SUMMARY: 
Rebuild of PH11178 for Linux PPC64LE - Ship Java 7.1 SR 4 FP45 for WebSphere Application Server traditional and Liberty.  The original i-fix for Linux PPC64LE only did not install.

USERS AFFECTED:
IBM WebSphere Application Server Version 8.5 traditional and Liberty Java 7.1 users on Linux PPC64LE
Liberty version 16.0.0.2 and later Java 7.1 users on Linux PPC64LE.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Rebuild of PH11178 for Linux PPC64LE - Ship Java 7.1 SR 4 FP45 for WebSphere Application Server traditional and Liberty.

RECOMMENDATION:
Apply this apar to upgrade your SDK 7.1 to SDK7.1 SR4 FP45 on Linux PPC64LE.

NOTE:
This iFix can ONLY be applied on:
a) WebSphere Application Server traditional v8554 and later
b) Liberty v8554 and 16.0.0.2  and later
{The Linux 64-bit LE fix can only be applied on 8.5.5.4 and later}

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Applying this apar will upgrade your SDK 7.1 to SDK7.1 SR4 FP45 (Oracle 1.7.0_221).

This Java SDK level was minimally tested with WebSphere 8.5.5.15.
